It may be hard to tell in this photo but he has a flavor savor and a tiny little wedge in the dent on his upper lip too.
Yikes, not attractive...though, i suppose i should have expected it from the guy who gave us this:

Not to take anything away from the Penguins who are playing very well but you know that the Mouth Mohawk is the reason they are about to be swept...
